AGM of the Campaign for Better Transport

Attendance at the Annual General Meeting of the Campaign for Better Transport (CBT) is free and open to anyone who wants to find out more about the CBT and meet with like minded individuals. 

The guest speaker will be Bill McKay, a Senior Lecturer in the University of Auckland School of Architecture and Planning, with an extensive body of work, including on communities and housing, and who comments regularly on Radio New Zealand.

An option to attend online is available for financial members. Please contact convenor@bettertransport.org.nz for the details that will be provided the day before the AGM.

Only financial members can vote for the committee and any other motions.  Membership is $10 unwaged and $20 waged, and can either be paid by:

  • Cash on the evening
  • Bank transfer to 38-9009-0281735-00 – please use your name as the reference.

Interest in improving transport across New Zealand is growing.  The CBT is looking for new people to join their committee and help with lobbying efforts over the year ahead.
