Simon Upton, Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment, will launch his latest report: Unlocking New Zealand’s environmental information.

This report explores how we can make better use of our existing information, while investing in and embracing innovative technologies to improve our environmental information system. It highlights opportunities to strengthen decision-making, support environmental stewardship and maximise the value of environmental data.

The Commissioner will present his key findings and recommendations.
