There are two programmes available to support community-based climate action, with applications closing Monday 31 October. These grants provide funding support for projects that:
- reduce greenhouse gas emissions through community-based action
- build community resilience to climate impacts
- support Māori-led responses to climate change.
The Auckland Climate Grant: Strategic has a value of $15,000 – $50,000. The Auckland Climate Grant: Response has a value of $1000 – $15,000.
