The guest speaker was Glen Hazelton, presently Director of Organisational Development at Heritage NZ. His presentation was on the revitalisation of the Warehouse District in his time at Dunedin Council. He was awarded the Bluestone Award for Outstanding Contribution to Dunedin Heritage from the Southern Heritage Trust.

Refreshments in the garden followed, with entertainment by  Ramona Rurawhe.

The 50th anniversary cake was popular, along with strawberries and cream. Afternoon tea was catered by Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom Aotearoa/NZ.
