The Construction Contract for the Leys Institute Comprehensive Redevelopment has now been approved by Auckland Council, with construction scheduled to start in November.

More than 20 specialist consultancy firms have been working collaboratively on the project, coordinating across a wide range of disciplines.

Look out for workers on site from November, with the construction period expected to last for about 18 months.
