Thousands took part in the March for Nature on the afternoon of Saturday 19 September to protest the government’s Conservation Amendment Bill, among them, Civic Trust Auckland members. CTA had submitted on this Bill.

The march was organised by Greenpeace Aotearoa and Forest and Bird. It started in Albert Park with speeches, proceeded down Wellesley Street to Queen Street and ended at Te Komititanga Square. (The photo was taken in Wellesley Street.)
