The CTA annual general meeting is usually held in November, but due to the pandemic, the Board made a decision to delay in the hope of holding a face-to-face AGM at a later time. With the current advance of Omicron, however, the decision has been made to hold the AGM by email.
On 14 March, AGM documents will be sent to paid-up members who have advised the secretary that they wish to participate in the AGM. There will be one week from 14 March to respond to items that need to be voted on.
